CEO & President
Robert L. Jernoske, Jr. has 30 years of industry experience, 18 at VSS. CEO since 2016, Mr. Jernoske has focused the organization’s initiatives on bringing the most sustainable technologies to its customers to help them achieve and exceed their business initiatives, while concurrently implementing innovative strategies to accelerate them to the forefront of their industries. VSS’s key focus areas are Managed Services, Technology Solutions, IT Portfolio Management, and Consulting Services.

K. William Grothe, Jr. has over 30 years of experience as an executive in both the finance and technology industries. Throughout his career, Mr. Grothe has consistently reduced corporate overhead costs and has increased core value of businesses by spearheading divestitures of underperforming lines of business or subsidiaries. By his leadership, he has launched new business lines, growing revenue by double digits. His proven business success is further recognized by his leadership of multiple teams during acquisitions that have led multi-billion-dollar deals.
Drew Cavadias
VP, Sales & Marketing
Drew Cavadias has 17 years working in the industry and 15 of those years as a representative of VSS. In 2017, Mr. Cavadias led a VSS executive team initiative to reinvent the company’s image, solutions, and overall value. His natural leadership abilities and business acumen have created a culture of success that not only resonates with his team of twenty-five in New York, but throughout VSS as a whole. Over the last decade, Drew has positioned himself to acquire and manage key customer relationships for VSS. His main focus is to deliver incremental growth by leveraging VSS’ highly skilled services team to develop strategic partnerships that enhance the VSS solution portfolio and create more solutions for his clients’ pain points.
David Corwin
VP, Business Solutions
David has over 25 years of experience in leadership positions. Prior to joining VSS he served in multiple VP positions within Fortune 500 companies and served in the CIO capacity. His responsibility with VSS is to align and enable the organization with the development and implementation of solutions and services with the rapidly changing needs of our customers and the technology marketplace. He has a passion for developing a cohesive team of leaders that focus on understanding and solving complex business initiatives.
Linda Cobb
Director, Sales Operations
Linda Cobb has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry. Ms. Cobb has developed successful sales and maintenance operation processes which have contributed to financial growth and a greater environment for teamwork. Earlier in her career, she was the administrative manager for IBM with 15 years of extensive experience in professional services, sales management, and business development amongst many others.
